Reading Blogs...Therapy

The first thing I want to do today is ask for prayer for my friend Niki. She is pregnant and there is some concerns of the baby having Downs Syndrome. She goes today to a Genetic Specialist. Pray for their precious baby, Niki, Bryan and the doctors.

I haven't posted in a couple of days. I have been reading blogs. Wow! You ladies are amazing. God has spoke to me daily through all of you. (check out the blogs I read and the ones they read) I have been struggling with so much and it seems like everything has been put in front of me this week. God is so Good! You know how sometimes He keeps telling you what you need to hear but you just don't get the message...Well He put it in writing this week. I couldn't ignore this it was in black and white. words with some beautiful backgrounds.

My wonderful, smart, sweet, Godly friend Kelley has been a lot of help to me this week. We are both members of the same church and have gone through a lot of the same struggles this past year. Her blog also sent me to Perspective! Wow! What a wonderful word. In 2009 I will BE the church!! God does not expect us to be perfect...He just expects us to BE!! Be out there growing his Kingdom!

Another blog that has stopped me and made me think is I want to be the wife God wants me to be and sometimes my stubborn SELF gets in the way. I am taking this challenge and putting it on my list of things to do this year. My list keeps getting longer.

God is so Good, God is so Good, God is so Good, HE is so Good to ME!!!!!!

I am so honored that you would reference my blog! To God be the Glory and may others also be inspired to be all God wants them to be.

We're selling ourselves so short, society is lying to us, but there is incredible blessing in obedience! There's not a whole lot out there pushing us in the right direction, so we need to stick up together and take up the fight!

I am so encouraged to learn that you are a homeschooling family also. God bless you and provide you with the strength and encouragement you need. You ARE doing the right thing. No matter how fallible we are as parents, we can do a much better job educating our children than complete strangers with a godless agenda. Hang in there!

Hugs and blessings to you today...

Thanks for following my blog! Please stop by tomorrow for a formal welcome! I absolutely LOVE the song you have on your blog. I used it last week as part of my Worship Song Sunday! Hope your day is a blessed one...

I just hopped over here from Kelley's blog and was reading your entry and saw my blog name. Thanks for the reference. I want to be the Church and the wife God wants me to be as well. Isn't amazing that when it really comes down to it so many of us women desire a lot of the same things. We have so much in common wiht each other yet I know I let my inadequecies get in the way of trying to reach out to others in the way I know the Lord would want me. I enjoyed my visit here at your blog.
