Cleaning and Cooking Out!

Today is going to be a busy day but I am so excited I can hardly contain myself. First this is the week before Easter. Everyday we have been watching Who was Jesus? A documentary about the early years of Jesus and his parents. I keep thinking about Mary and how broken her heart must of been...Can you imagine your child being on that cross...Thank you God for giving your son for us!

This morning we are going to go and clean the school where we meet for our church services. We will clean everything from the floors to the chairs. This week everything will be set up when we get there. Praise God for spring break and not having to break down last week. Sunday should be a wonderful morning of fellowship. Breakfast at 9 a.m and then praising our living Savior at 10:15 a.m.

After cleaning we will be doing some grocery shopping for our first Wednesday night in the park tonight. We are cooking out and I have been looking forward to this day since last September. Nothing like wonderful Bible study outside. Thank you God for all of the beauty you have given us.

Gotta go...Pictures of our first Owl Creek Park cook out coming soon! Have a great day and if you are not a member of a local church come by and see us tonight.

God is so Good!

Sounds like a huge undertaking, but I'm glad you're excited to be a part of all the work!! The cookout and Bible study sound like so much fun!! Wish I could be a part of it for even one night. Your church sounds great!! Enjoy your day, try not to get too tired so you can't enjoy everything!! Pictures would be nice!!

I can't imagine the heartache Mary went through, but like you I am so thankful to God for sacrificing His Son for me and I am so glad that He willingly gave His life for me.
There is nothing as rewarding as being able to work for the Lord, It seems as though you have a very close knit church family . Thank you for sharing. Wishing you and your family a most blessed and happy Easter.
