Praising Jesus in my PJ's

Well it has been a while since I have been on here and I have truly missed it. It has been a busy couple of weeks. This morning I was relaxing, doing bible study and listening to music. I was praising Jesus in my pj's and this video came up on my computer. Oh, how I needed this song this morning. I love to see youth singing and praising Jesus! If you have ever been to a youth camp you know this feeling! Take a moment to play this, raise your hands and praise God this morning!

Praising Jesus in my PJ's

Can you imagine the first time we see Jesus...Some times I think about this and it is about all I can do to keep from crying. Sunday at lunch we were talking and Jan, Kenny's mom, told something that touched me and I wanted to share. Sunday was a special day for one man in our church. He was commissioned into the mission field. This man is an amazing christian. You can see the Lord bubbling out of him. He has a passion to get Gods word out there not only for me and you but for people that are blind. Bro. Charles is blind himself. In Sunday Morning Bible Study he said, "The first thing I will ever see is Jesus!" Wow! One day we will all see His Glory!

New Again...

Praising Jesus in my PJ's

This morning I needed something and I was not sure what...did I need praise music or maybe just a hymn. I went through many, many songs. I just couldn't get my fix. I finally landed on some good old country gospel. I listened to Alan Jackson sing Amazing Grace, Standing on the Promises, and one of my favorites that my father in law used to sing In the Garden. I listened to Martina McBride belt out How Great Thou Art and Wow! what a blessing that was this morning. I found some songs by Randy Travis. I listened to Softly and Tenderly, Baptism and Three Wooden Crosses. Then all of a sudden I came across one of my all time favorites. This is not a christian song but it always brings a smile to my face. Kenny sang this song to me on the way to Gatlinburg for our honeymoon. Crazy choice of songs to sing to your new bride. We have laughed about this for years.

This morning I am praising Jesus in my PJ's for giving me an AMAZING husband! This is what I needed this morning, laughter from a song that brought back so many wonderful memories.

Praising Jesus in my PJ's and a Koby Update!

The first day of spring! I looked out my door this morning as Wags was playing I saw so much new life peeping through the ground. I love spring. All of the trees blooming and flowers coming to life. This song was a wonderful way for me to start the new season. As I was standing there looking at everything in my yard Gods presence and handy work was so beautiful. Join me this morning as I praise Jesus in my PJ's.

Many PRAISES to God about Koby this week! Yesterday Granny Jan (my mother-in-law) got to hold Koby for the first time since his surgery. Wow! God is so Good! Keep praying!

One day and counting til our Doxa weekend. This morning as I praised Jesus in my PJ's I got excited about the youth that will come this weekend to hear about God. This song got my heart going. I love this song but I love it even more when I hear youth singing it in the back round. It brings back memories of youth camps and mission trips. It is wonderful to see a group of young people GET IT! How Great is Our God!!!
